6 Claude Prompts for Building Client-Ready Decks

The 6 Claude prompts McKinsey associates use to build a client-ready deck in 2 hours instead of 2 weeks. (These run in sequence.

6 Prompts
  1. The Rapid Ghost Deck Builder

I'm presenting to [AUDIENCE] about [TOPIC]. Build a 10-slide ghost deck: an insight-led headline for each slide, the chart type needed, and the data required. Each headline must state an insight (not just a topic). No slide should take more than 15 seconds to understand.

  2. The MECE Case Framework

My recommendation is [X]. Build a MECE argument structure: 3 mutually exclusive, collectively exhaustive supporting pillars. Under each pillar, list 2 data points that would prove it. Flag any pillar that feels weak.

  3. The So-What Insight Engine

Here is my data: [paste]. For each finding, write a one-sentence so-what. Delete any finding where the so-what doesn't change the recommendation.

  4. The Stakeholder Objection Mapper

The audience includes [roles]. Predict each person's top concern. Write a one-paragraph pre-emptive response for each. The response should use data from the analysis, not opinion.

  5. The Executive Summary Sprint

Write the executive summary: recommendation in sentence 1, three supporting reasons, expected impact. A reader should know exactly what to do after 30 seconds.

  6. The One-Slide Compression Check

Compress the entire presentation into one slide: one action headline, one chart, three supporting bullets. If it doesn't fit, the thinking isn't sharp enough. Tell me which part to cut.
